Q. Where are you registered?
A. We are registered at Crate & Barrel and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Q. When is the RSVP deadline?
A. The deadline to send your RSVP is October 30. Please use the envelope included with your invitation.
Q. Has a block of rooms been reserved at any hotels?
A. Yes. The Hilton downtown Cleveland has reserved a rate of $119 per night. See the 'Accommodations' page for booking details.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. Cocktail attire is recommended.
Q. What is the weather like in Cleveland?
A. December 1st in Cleveland is a total craps shoot. It can be 65° and sunny or 5° with a foot of snow. We recommend checking the weather before coming to town.
Q. What type of traffic should we expect coming in to town?
A. Guests arriving Friday night or Saturday should not have much traffic to contend with.
Q. Is parking available at the venue?
A. Yes, a large lot is available at the venue. For complimentary parking, mention the Houdek/Raftry Wedding at the attendant stand.
Q. Will there be shuttle service available?
A. Shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the reception and back. Shuttle will pick up at the Hilton Ontario entrance and run from 4:45-6:00 to Windows on the River. Return shuttle will run as needed until 11:45pm.
Q. Will there be food?
A. Do you even know us? A variety of hors d'oeuvres will be available during cocktail hour with dinner service to follow. Please mark any dietary restrictions on your RSVP card.
Q. How about drinks?
A. We will have a full open bar available all night. Please drink responsibly and have travel plans made in advance.
Q. Will there be dancing?
A. We've got The Element, the best band in The Land. Bring your dancing shoes.
